The Junior High Trackies competed in the 51st annual Spencerville Invitational last night. The girls came away with a dominating win with 188 total points and the boys finished runner’s up.
Some event winners were:
Lia Witteborg in the pole vault and 800 meter run. She also teamed up with Lydia Sarka, Claire Koch, and Hadley Bonifas to win the 4 by 400 meter relay.
Liv Mayberry won the mile run.
Mr. Calvelage’s daughter, Brynn, won the 100 meter hurdles.
Ella Schroeder won the discus.
Hadley Bonifas won the long jump.
Birthday Girl Aubrey won the 100, 200, and 400 meter dashes. She also broke the 25 year old meet record in the 200 with a time of 27.6 seconds.
Gavin Baxter also broke 3 meet records in his 3 events, the long jump, 110, and 200 meter hurdles.
Jordan Mull won the shot put.
