The Lady Bulldog Soccer team dominated LCC Saturday beating them 15-0. This was the last regular season game for the girls and earned them the NWC Title! With a season record of 14-1-2, the girls now have the school record for most wins in a season! Come out to Hall Avenue Tuesday at 4:30 to cheer them on in their first tournament game against Ada. Great season ladies and good luck in tournaments!

In Girls Cross Country this weekend the team brought home the NWC runners-up trophy.
Leading the charge was Sarah Kamphaus in 3rd place in a time of 20:12.
Close behind was Lily Montgomery in 5th place in 20:55
Grace Morman ran her Personal Record time of 21:32 when she placed 8th for the team
Lauren Martz posted her second best time of 21:37 and brought home 9th in the race
Claire Koch was 17th when she cross the line in 23:14
Also posting the person records on Saturday were Breanne Fuerst and Layla Bendele.
The season continues this Saturday at 10:40 am when the girls look to earn their way to Regionals in the District Cross Country race.

For the 6th time in the last 7 years the Boys' Cross Country team brought home the NWC championship trophy.
Without its #2 runner the rest of the guys stepped up big time to narrowly defeat the upstart Crestview Knights by a score of 37-40, in the closest contest since 2010, when the Bulldogs also defeated Crestview 50-53.
Levi Bryan won the race, running his second fastest time ever in 16:31. Levi was named the NWC runner of the year.
Bryce Bonifas was a senior leader, finishing 6th in 16:59, his fastest time in 3 years.
Also earning second team NWC honors was Aidan Vogt, finishing 8th in 17:11, his second fastest time ever.
Zack Bryan finally decided to ball out and finished in 10th place, the last all-conference spot. Zack ran a 17:23, his second fastest time ever.
Braylon Best did what juniors do, and was a solid 17:33, good for 12th place.
Holden Hartzog was 15th overall in 17:48, while Coby Perry finished 28th in 19:15.
The two freshmen ran their last race of the season in fine fashion as they both PR'ed.
Grant Van Pelt finished with a 20:22, just edging out the sprint-to-the-finish guy, A.J. Doseck, who ran a 20:23.
The Dogs start the postseason this Saturday on their home course. The boys run at 10:00.

This weekend the JH cross team traveled to Van Wert for the Northwest Conference Championships.
The girls team ran with reckless abandon in their last meet. The blitzkrieg of the course paid off as they brought home the team title. Liv Mayberry led the way bringing home the individual title with a new school record of 12:17, Ashtyn Halker finished in 6th, Alexis Kamphaus 7th, Paige Lugabil 10th,and Hannah Brodwolf 17th made up the winning quintet.
The boys team left it all on the course with all 7 runners running their best times ever. Their effort was good enough for a 3rd place finish. Top 5 runners were Nathaniel Jones 5th, Joel Schumacher 6th, Collin Sprague 14th, Lance Hadsell 24th, and Cooper Moore 28th.

The junior high volleyball season wrapped up in thrilling fashion on Saturday! The 8th-grade team battled hard but fell to a strong Crestview squad, closing out their impressive season with a 13-5 record. Meanwhile, the 7th graders dominated on the court, taking down both Lincolnview and Crestview to become the NWC Champions! They capped off an outstanding season with a nearly perfect 19-1 record. Way to go, ladies—what a season!

Any junior high or high school trackie planning to pole vault in the spring needs to meet in the commons today during activity period.

If you are 16 years old, pick up a parent consent form and bring it back, signed, when you donate. All donors need to bring a picture ID with them to donate. Kent State University is currently waiving application fees from Oct. 1 - Nov. 1. Seniors can apply to Kent State for free through the Kent State App or the Common App. Students will bypass the payment screens so no codes are needed. Remember, Nov. 1 is our priority application date!

The BGSU Falcon Application for Fall 2025 is FREE Friday, Oct. 11 through Oct. 31.The Common Application is free with the code "BGSU." A student should only submit the Falcon Application or Common Application. Please do not submit both.
