There will be a girls basketball meeting today during activity period in the high school gym for any girl in grades 8-11 who is interested in playing basketball next season. If you cannot attend, please see Coach Schroeder.

This past week our cafeteria staff held a friendly little "Can Decorating Competition". The staff cleaned out cans (that were used in making school lunches) to design and create their own Spring/Easter Masterpieces. The cafeteria staff wanted to show students how they can Reduce, Reuse and Recycle old materials into something new and beautiful. Just in time for Earth Day, which is this upcoming Tuesday (April 22, 2025) when we come back from Easter break.
The staff displayed their cans all week long on a table in the cafeteria. Today we are asking the students to vote on their favorite decorated can. The cafeteria staff member that wins will get to claim the traveling trophy. The trophy will be displayed in that person's work area until the next can competition. Great job on the cans ladies and don't forget to vote today during lunch.
Attention juniors: Prom decorating in the elementary gym will begin next Tuesday (April 22) and continue to Friday (April 25). The gym will be open starting at 3:30. All are encouraged to join. See Mrs. Steck or a member of the prom decorating committee if you have any questions.
