Ohio Revised Code 117.103(A) & Ohio Revised Code 124.341 provides additional information about fraud reporting and your related protection in the event you need to report fraud.
All new employees, two year & three year contracted employees, and all one year supplemental (coaches & advisors) contract employees are provided this notice within 30 days of employment via language incorporated into their contract.
